Job summary

Workwear Outfitters in Nashville, TN is seeking an E-Comm Associate to preserve and package garments, manage interdepartmental workflow, and ensure on-time order processing. You will pick up orders at the office, sort and place them on conveyors, and collaborate with inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Preserve and package garments correctly and communicate inventory adjustments.
• Manage workflow from departments, including Hemming.
• Assist in daily workflow and pick up orders in the office, sorting them onto the conveyor.
• Sort orders and place them on the conveyor as needed.
• Process orders on time to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

What You Will Do as a E-Comm Associate:

• Responsible for preserving and placing garments in the correct packaging and communicating inventory adjustments.
• Manage and separate workflow coming to/from different departments, including Hemming.
• Associates will be involved in the daily workflow.
• Associates will be required to go to the office to pick up orders, sort orders, and place them on the conveyor as needed.
• Associates will be required to sort orders and place them on the conveyor as needed.
• Process orders on time to meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear Outfitters and is always worthy of sharing with visitors.

2nd shift hours: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
