Animal Care Center in Princeton, West Virginia (just one hour from Blacksburg) is a team of compassionate and experienced veterinarians who practice high quality veterinary medicine in a collaborative small-animal focused environment. Our beautiful 10,000 square foot custom-built facility includes ultrasound and endoscopy/rhinoscopy units, laser therapy and laser surgery equipment, and a layout designed to facilitate smooth workflows. We offer quality mentorship from multiple experienced veterinarians on staff and customized scheduling opportunities to meet your needs in order to allow a better work life balance. ACC is proud of our loyal clientele and excellent community reputation, and we have a sister hospital located nearby in Pearisburg, Virginia!

Compensation and Benefits

We invest in professional growth at every career stage.

  • Full-time base salary range : $115-145k. Commensurate with skillset, experience, schedule and your preferred pace.
  • Earning potential on monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $175k
  • Additional opportunities to earn : Highly competitive monthly, no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available.
  • Relocation stipend
  • Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment, skillset and schedule commitment

Qualifications
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
  • Eligible for veterinary licensure in West Virginia
