Sr. Sales Recruiter with Automatic Data Processing | ADP

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Enterprise Accounts. This role focuses on growing new market share for ADP's cloud-based Human Resources solutions with large enterprise clients (1,000+ employees) within a defined territory.

What You’ll Do

• Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. Work independently and with teams within your geography to attain or exceed revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
• Plan and Report to Achieve Success. Develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, and prepare Account Plan documents describing existing products, potential sales, and selling strategies to create a robust pipeline.
• Market – Conduct Market Research. Identify prospective client sources, use sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies, target competitive prospects, and increase market share. Enhance knowledge of ADP products compared to competitors.
• Collaborate Daily. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal partners, and work with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts sales teams on joint opportunities and relationships.

Qualifications

• You have 5 or more years of enterprise-level sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP's competitors is an asset.

Base salary offers for this position may vary. The compensation for this role is $56,100.00 - $121,500.00 / Year. Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or exempt salary requirements.
