Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Q&S Steward within V&I Operations to develop, review, and train on Standards ensuring compliance across global Medical Affairs and Outcomes Research.

You will lead cross-functional projects, support audits, monitor risk plans, and collaborate with regional teams as a subject-matter expert on Quality & Standards in a complex matrix environment. Remote work with 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with knowledge of compliance, quality systems and GxP in biopharma.
• Proficiency in SOP writing, AI tools, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and revise Standards and related documentation.
• Monitor risk plans and mitigation activities.
• Ensure alignment with divisional QMS and regulatory requirements.
