Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years, Master's with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years in vaccine analytical testing, QC, or method lifecycle management.
• Experience leading scientific teams and GMP Quality Control background, especially supporting commercial vaccines.
• Expertise in analytical method validation, transfer, and technical change management; strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of scientists in vaccine analytical projects; oversee instrument and method replacements, validation, transfer, qualification, and modernization.
• Collaborate across Quality Laboratories, manufacturing, regulatory, and external partners; prioritize and manage projects.
• Ensure compliant and sustainable testing in a GMP environment.
