Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• 10+ years in utilities, facilities engineering, site development, or capital-project delivery in regulated environments.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives or workstreams.
• Working knowledge of utility infrastructure, design coordination, readiness, and change control.

Aufgaben

• Own the integrated utilities and site development workstream plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Translate facility, utility, infrastructure, site, and operating requirements into design inputs and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate engineering partners, contractors, stakeholders to support execution.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, readiness; escalate material issues with options.
• Facilitate technical decisions across civil, utility, facility, automation, and operations systems.
• Lead readiness and transition planning for startup, procedures, maintenance, and ownership.
• Maintain governance, decision records, risk docs, and stakeholder reporting.
• Support commissioning, startup, and handover to Facilities & Engineering.
