The Associate Director, US HIV Payer Marketing, is responsible for developing market‑access strategies and solutions for the assigned brands. This role collaborates across functions—including Brand Marketing, Integrated Account Management, Outcomes Research and Policy—to incorporate market/customer insights into payer customer‑segment strategies and value‑evidence planning. The Associate Director also collaborates with Global Market Access and Pricing teams on pricing and contracting strategies. The role is part of the team responsible for Payer Marketing of the US HIV portfolio, covering both in‑line, pipeline and launch products. It reports to the Director, US HIV & Infectious Disease Payer Marketing.
Preferred location is hybrid in Upper Gwynedd, PA but may consider Rahway, NJ or another site if the candidate is willing to travel to Upper Gwynedd as needed (up to 25 % of the time).
Salary range: $142,400.00 – $224,100.00.
