This Boston-based role puts you at the center of commercial execution—turning segmentation, targeting, and territory design into smarter customer engagement and measurable business impact. You will help ensure that every field interaction is purposeful, every territory is optimized, and every decision is grounded in data and patient need.
You will lead the US deployment strategy across multiple business units, partnering closely with senior commercial and sales leaders. How would you design a deployment framework that gets the right teams to the right customers at the right time? Set and evolve the US Deployment Strategy and Framework, spanning customer segmentation, targeting, field force sizing and structure, and territory design to enable precision engagement and accelerate growth.
Proactively partner with business and sales leadership to translate strategy into field action plans, build alignment, and deliver outcomes across diverse brands and markets.
Serve as the subject matter expert and champion of the Deployment Framework, educating partners and embedding standard processes across teams.
Direct the quarterly alignment process for assigned business units, ensuring operational readiness and seamless execution against strategic objectives.
Maintain alignment between upstream and downstream systems to ensure accurate rosters, clean alignments, and reliable data for field execution and analytics.
Collaborate with sales leaders to evaluate and recommend territory changes; develop and socialize alignment scorecards that track quality, efficiency, and impact.
Plan and implement major and minor field realignments end to end—scenario modeling, decision support, change management, and on-time deployment.
Oversee roster management for assigned business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance for all field personnel changes.
Partner with Government Relations to meet state registration requirements for field personnel, ensuring accurate reporting and avoiding monetary penalties.
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $147,908 to $221,862. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
