You will maintain the technical roadmap, develop workflows, and coach the team to deliver high-impact visuals across campaigns. This role offers collaboration and growth within a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in motion design and After Effects.
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills.
• Experience mentoring Motion Designers.
