Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a strategic leader to translate oncology research into actionable plans and drive portfolio decisions. You will lead cross-functional programs, develop analytics, and deliver executive materials for reviews and Board discussions.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific field; medical or doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience in strategy, business, or finance within biopharma or related sectors.
• Experience in management consulting, venture capital, or in-house biopharma strategy.
• Strong understanding of drug discovery and development processes.
• Advanced analytical skills to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience applying AI/digital tools to enhance strategic workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in matrixed environments.
• Experience preparing executive-level materials (portfolio reviews, leadership presentations).

Compensation and Benefits

• Expected salary range: $132,300–$245,700 annually
• Performance-based cash incentive; potential for annual equity awards
