Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements, including strategy development, project planning, timelines, deliverables, and progress reporting.
• Serve as day-to-day lead for senior clients, building trusted relationships and guiding initiatives.
• Help CEOs and senior leaders address critical business issues with value-driving solutions.
• Set priorities and manage workloads across account teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate across internal divisions to develop integrated, meaningful solutions for clients.
• Direct multiple workstreams across client accounts, ensuring alignment across teams, clients, and vendors.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to colleagues to support their development and success.
• Establish priorities based on strategic direction considering multiple perspectives.
