Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience advising commercial companies in accounting/finance functions and complex transactions.
• Experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting).
• Deep knowledge of accounting standards (U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS).

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on accounting/finance functions including financial reporting, operational accounting, technical accounting and corporate transactions.
• Lead client delivery, manage teams and projects, and oversee budgets and timelines.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development activities.
