Legend Biotech is seeking an Associate Director, Global Scientific Communications within the Medical Affairs organization. This remote role focuses on creating, managing, and optimizing scientific content to advance our oncology, hematology, and autoimmune disease programs, aligning with medical strategy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Advanced life sciences degree required (PhD/PharmD/MD preferred).
• 5+ years in medical communications, scientific writing, or content development in biotech/pharma.
• Strong understanding of medical affairs functions and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent project management and vendor oversight skills.
• Ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive creation of global scientific communication platforms and messaging frameworks for key assets.
• Develop high-quality, scientifically accurate content including slide decks, narratives, FAQs, and congress/publication materials.
• Translate complex data into clear, compliant materials for multiple audiences.
• Engage with global teams and HCPs to support medical strategy and priorities.
• Support publications including congress materials and manuscripts.
• Assist in global publication planning and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure consistency in scientific messaging across deliverables.
• Adopt innovative formats (interactive PDFs) for engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with objectives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and review/approval processes (e.g., Veeva).
