Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a regulatory advertising and promotion professional to oversee material review for FDA compliance and labeling alignment. You will support strategic solutions and work within multidisciplinary teams including Global Regulatory and Labeling Teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of FDA laws, regulation guidances, and strong communication skills to train employees and lead compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health or science field or higher.
• Minimum 7 years of Regulatory Advertising and Promotion Review experience.
• Strong knowledge of FDA laws, regulations and guidances.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and review of product and disease state education materials for consistency with approved labeling and FDA alignment.
• Serve on and chair Copy Clearance Committees and participate in Global Regulatory and Labeling Teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA regulations and guidance; advise departments and develop compliance procedures.
