Qualifications

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with progressive experience in financial analysis and cost analysis with service centers or cost-recovery operations.
• Knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and federal cost principles.
• Experience as a lead worker with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct development, review, and approval of service center and core lab rate models.
• Ensure rates are based on allowable costs and operate on a break-even basis.
• Oversee surpluses/deficits and align rate adjustments with guidelines and policy.
• Maintain tools, templates, and rate-setting guides for consistency.
• Provide strategic financial guidance on new service centers and rate changes.
• Monitor compliance and support audit readiness for rate practices.
• Supervise professional staff and ensure cross-unit collaboration.
