Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Quality to provide direction and oversight for CGMP-compliant operations at one site. You will lead quality systems including training, documentation, change control, and quality management, while driving end-to-end site priorities.

You will manage a team of Quality Specialists, partner with Operations and Technology leaders, and advance a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, Engineering, or another technical field with eight (8) years’ experience.
• Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or another technical field with six (6) years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality direction and oversight to one site to ensure CGMP compliance across Training, Documentation, and Quality Management System.
• Drive quality improvement activities and align with operations and technical operations leaders.
