BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Quality Control Compliance to lead QC lab compliance programs and ensure GMP/EU GMP regulatory adherence.

The role oversees investigations of OOS/OOT/OOE, documents, CAPA, and change controls, and partners with QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to support compliant submissions and continuous improvement. The position is based at the Hopewell, NJ site and requires strong leadership, compliance expertise, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

  • BS degree and 8+ years in FDA-regulated biotech/pharma environment required.
  • Master’s degree and 6+ years preferred.
  • 5+ years of managerial or leadership experience directing teams or projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of cGMP/EU GMP regulations for large molecule manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QC compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Lead laboratory investigations for OOS, OOT, and OOE with regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee writing of SOPs, deviation/CAPA records, and change control assessments.
  • Lead internal/external GMP audits and collaborate with QA to improve QMS health.
  • Mentor QC compliance staff and participate in risk assessments and CAPA planning.

This role will focus on establishing QC compliance protocols, ensuring effective quality assurance processes, and maintaining regulatory compliance with FDA/EU regulations. The Associate Director will also support the development and implementation of compliance procedures and lead investigations related to compliance deviations.
