Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in science, Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, PMO leadership, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex project dependencies and business impacts.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple functions and levels.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Associate Director, Project Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Portsmouth, NH

As an Associate Director, Portfolio Management Office (PMO), you will play a key role in driving portfolio governance, project prioritization, and resource management across the site. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered effectively, aligned with business priorities, and supported by robust PMO processes.

What you will do

Lead portfolio governance activities and ensure projects follow established PMO standards and methodologies.
