Description du poste

Build our future together: The Associate Director, Program Budget Delivery Lead is a content-level leadership role embedded within Program & Portfolio Operations (PPO), created to accelerate the consistent, decision-ready delivery of Program Budgets — one of the most critical Strategic Program Team (SPT) deliverables that translate program vision into an actionable, resourced, and costed plan. Deployed selectively alongside SPTs, this role partners directly with the Development Program Manager (DPM) and Program Finance to co‑develop key strategic planning deliverables, bringing the drug-development and financial acumen needed to elevate portfolio-level signal and support confident investment decisions. Over time, the role is expected to extend its expertise to future high-judgment SPT deliverables while contributing to longer-term capability building across the organization.
