Job summary

Regeneron is seeking the Global Development IT (GD IT) Associate Director, Product Lead in Warren, NJ to own the strategy, delivery, and governance of a multi-product portfolio spanning USDM/ICH M11, DDF, and biospecimen lifecycle management.

You will lead a team of Product Leads/Analysts, drive roadmaps, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliant, end-to-end delivery with CSV and ITIL-aligned processes; onsite four days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people development experience in a global IT/biopharma setting.
• Proven ability to translate enterprise priorities into product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of regulated environments, CSV, and ITIL processes.
• Experience supervising cross-functional teams delivering multi-product domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Product Leads and Analysts across domain areas.
• Own domain strategy, vision, and multi-product roadmaps for standards-led digitization.
• Build senior stakeholder relationships across BSPs, SMEs, and vendor partners.
• Drive governance forums, alignment, and reuse across products.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including requirements, testing, CSV, release, and incident processes.
• Manage domain budget, intake, prioritization, and alignment with technology roadmaps.
