Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an experienced professional to lead onboarding and readiness for treatment sites. You will educate site stakeholders on workflows, system setup, and operational requirements to ensure a seamless initial implementation and ongoing support.

Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will drive end-to-end activation of the treatment journey and optimize site operations, leveraging dashboards to identify improvements and maintain strong relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (sales, account management, provider operations/administration).
• Experience implementing workflows for complex therapies with provider/operational stakeholders.
• Strong ability to work in “white space” environments.
• Strong problem-solving to identify friction points and root causes.
• Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel ~50% with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with oncology field teams to ensure compliant, consistent site engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through reliable support.
• Use dashboards to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, workflows, resources, and education.

• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources for initial implementation and ongoing operational support.
• Ensure sites have operational capabilities/knowledge to execute the end-to-end treatment journey (onboarding through ordering workflow execution and steady-state operations).
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for assigned sites regarding product process, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary point of contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate resolution cross-functionally via defined processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams (as approved) to ensure compliant, consistent site engagement.
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, reliable support.
• Use company data/dashboards (as approved) to assess operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communication, operational workflows, resources, and education.
