Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics in Waltham, MA seeks an Associate Director of Analytical Development, Oligonucleotides, to lead analytical development and QC strategies across clinical development, registration, and commercialization. You will guide method development, validation, tech transfer, specifications, release testing, stability programs, impurity control, and product characterization.

Qualifications

8+ years in Analytical Development and/or Quality Control.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, biochemistry, chemistry, or related field.
Knowledge of analytical techniques including liquid/gas chromatography, NMR, Karl Fischer, CD, AEX, chiral separations, RP-HPLC, and mass spectroscopy.

Responsibilities

Lead analytical development and QC strategies for oligonucleotide and small-molecule intermediates from early clinical development through commercialization.
Serve as analytical SME and strategic lead for internal/external activities related to analytical operations of linkers and oligonucleotide intermediates.
Develop, validate, transfer, and implement analytical methods; establish specifications, release testing, and stability protocols.
