Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in New York seeks an Associate Director of Sales to lead strategic sales initiatives across the hotel, coordinating with Rooms, Food & Beverage and other revenue streams to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining guest and owner satisfaction.

You will drive high-level relationships, mentor the sales team, and ensure alignment with Hyatt International's brand standards and corporate strategies.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Associate Director of Sales or Senior Sales Manager.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• The Associate Director of Sales is responsible to assist in providing leadership in all selling activities within the hotel, working closely with the Rooms, Food and Beverage and other revenue-generating departments to maximise sales through the activities of the Sales Department and other employees.
• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
