A Day In The Life
The Paid Social Associate Director demonstrates exceptional management skills, leading a team of 4+ direct reports and driving client growth through strategic thinking, execution, and coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bandwidth, sentiment, and utilization of pod team members.
- Coach and develop team members, facilitating career progression and skill improvement.
- Lead a positive team culture, acting as a champion for the pod.
- Oversee delivery of top‑tier products for clients in the pod, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Proactively craft and execute solutions that foster effective collaboration among team members.
- Manage the book of business, monitoring account performance, sentiment, and retention to grow revenue.
- Employ AI technologies and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to enhance business processes.
- Act as a point of escalation for strategy and account performance, diagnosing and facilitating solutions.
- Serve as a key strategic leader for marquee accounts, demonstrating performance marketing and business acumen.
Role Requirements
- Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
- 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency (1.5+ years on Meta).
- 2+ years of e‑commerce experience.
- Management experience required.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and strong enthusiasm for paid social and client work.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with passion for personal growth.

- Performance and retention of clients in pod.
- Unforecasted churn under 10% of managed revenue annually for pod.
- 100% Net Revenue Retention.
- Team member bandwidth, sentiment & performance.
- 95% team retention rate and positive sentiment in 15Five (4+).
- Active team collaboration with department and company initiatives.
- Team hitting or surpassing client performance goals on 100% of designated accounts.
