Uncommon Schools in Newark is seeking an Associate Director of Operations to lead day-to-day school operations and support the High School Leadership Team. You will manage attendance, scheduling, facilities, and staffing, partnering with the Athletic Director and program managers to ensure safe, efficient operations that free teachers to focus on student achievement.
You have at least 4+ years in operations, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and project-planning skills.

The Associate Director of Operations (ADOO) is a member of the High School Leadership Team who leads the day-to-day operations of the school and reports directly to the High School Director of Operations. Compensation
Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $104,000 - $110,000.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
