Christ the King in Ann Arbor is seeking an Associate Director of Missionary Discipleship. This exempt full‑time position reports to the Directory of Missionary Discipleship.
Supports the Director of Missionary Discipleship in developing and implementing discipleship and evangelization opportunities so that parishioners and seekers may deepen their relationship with Jesus Christ. The Associate Director will develop, support, and oversee various small group ministries and assist with parish‑wide events such as retreats and conferences, or other responsibilities as determined by the Director.

Bachelor’s in Theology preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Minimum of two years experience in ministry.
