Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a full-time supervisor to oversee operational personnel within assigned programs, ensuring health, safety, and welfare of individuals served.

You will promote Everyday Lives Principles, ISP processes, and coordinate with medical staff, families, and community resources while maintaining high-quality care. Experience in supervisory roles and direct support is required.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a care or service program.
• Experience interviewing, hiring, training and evaluating staff.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, support, discipline, interview, hire, evaluate, train, and schedule operational personnel.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of individuals served while complying with regulations.
• Promote Everyday Lives Principles and ISP processes in programming.
• Maintain effective communication with team, medical personnel, families and community resources.
• Provide direct support as needed and model service delivery; assume PM/PS and DSP duties when required.

Job description

• Full-time salaried position, $992/week• Supervise, support, discipline, interview, hire, evaluate, train, and schedule operational personnel within assigned programs.• Ensure the health, safety, and overall welfare of individuals receiving services while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, including 6100, 2380, and Chapter 11 guidelines.• Promote and support meaningful lifestyles for each individual by following Everyday Lives Principles, the Individual Support Plan (ISP) process, and related programming.• Maintain effective communication with all team members across the organization, as well as with external partners, including medical personnel, emergency services, families, and other community resources.• Provide direct support to individuals receiving services as needed to ensure quality care and continuity of services.• Model appropriate service delivery by assuming Program Manager/Program Specialist (PM/PS) and Direct Support Professional (DSP) responsibilities when required.• Supervisory experience is required.• Requires one of the following:• A master’s degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and autism.• OR a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and autism.• OR an associate’s degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities and autism.• Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving experience and meet our driver eligibility criteria.• Basic computer skills required.
