Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a skilled BCBA to lead and mentor Clinical Leaders, guiding Clinical Apprentices and Supervising Clinicians to deliver high-quality, child-centered ABA therapy.

The Associate Director will train and supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion a culture of clinical excellence with a focus on assent-based care and data-driven treatment planning. This role offers growth, strong support, and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential and AZ licensure required.
• Experience mentoring BCBAs and trainees.
• Ability to train Clinical Apprentices and Supervising Clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned cases with BCTs to ensure client outcomes and supervision compliance.
• Provide licensure-focused coaching and training to BATs; conduct evaluations with Director input.
• Ensure supervision and documentation comply with BACB and Arizona statutes; audit contracts and notes.
• Collaborate with Directors on case assignments; support complex or high-acuity cases; foster team culture.

Compensation and Incentives:

• Base salary up to $105,000 (based on experience).
• Signing bonus from $2,500
• Monthly and weekly bonus structure averaging $1,000 or more per month!

Your Role & Impact as an Associate Director of Clinical Services:

The Associate Director of Clinical Services will also assist in maintaining an efficient supervision structure, monitoring compliance, and ensuring high standards of care across their assigned cases as a Credentialed Case Supervisor or Supervising Clinician.

• Clinical Quality & Supervision – Act as the supervising LBA for assigned cases with BCTs, guaranteeing exceptional client outcomes and supervision compliance. Responsibilities include mandatory monthly client and family sessions, data-driven treatment oversight, and providing coaching and direction to BATs, while maintaining a small independent caseload.
• Training and Mentorship – Drive the comprehensive development of Behavior Analytic Trainees (BATs) by providing licensure-focused coaching, delivering initial and ongoing training in assessment and clinical programming, and facilitating competency and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services.
• Compliance and Documentation – Ensure all clinical supervision complies with BACB and Arizona Revised Statute 32-2091 standards. Conducting routine audits of contracts, session notes, fieldwork submissions/logs. Maintaining updated records of treatment plans & progress reports.
• Contribute to Culture & Team Collaboration – Partner with the Director of Clinical Services and Operations Director for case assignment decisions, supporting complex or high-acuity cases as needed, Contribute to center culture & participate in local team-building efforts, and support clinical operations.
• Lead by Example– Promoting high standards and set expectations for all team members through personal example and demonstrating Centria’s values through your consistent behavior & actions.
