Novartis is seeking an Associate Director, US New Capabilities Program Lead in East Hanover, NJ. This role runs the central program office for US New Capabilities, unifying portfolio planning, governance, and roadmap tracking across AI learning, adoption, PM capability, change enablement, and SPT communications.
You will own operating cadence, action tracking, KPI reporting, and executive materials for senior leaders.
Reporting into the ED, US New Capabilities & Adoption, this role is accountable for operating the central program office for the US New Capabilities & Adoption function, integrating portfolio planning, governance, roadmap tracking, stakeholder routines, capacity signals, and value realization across AI learning, self-service AI adoption, PM capability, change enablement, and SPT communications. The Associate Director, US New Capabilities Program Lead is responsible for owning functional operating cadence, roadmap integration, action tracking, KPI reporting, risk/dependency visibility, budget and vendor coordination support, and executive materials for the ED and pillar leads.
The salary for this position is expected to range between $152,600 and $283,400 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
