Job summary

Ferring is seeking an Associate Director, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to lead the Field Medical Affairs team in the Reproductive Medicine TA. You will drive strategy, coach MSLs, and ensure scientific exchange with KOLs, investigators and HCPs across therapeutic areas.

Travel 60–70% is expected in field territories and conferences. The role requires an advanced scientific degree and 5–7 years in Medical Affairs, with at least 4 years in an MSL or field-based role.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree required (PharmD/PhD/MD).
• 5–7 years in Medical Affairs with 4+ years in MSL/field medical roles.
• Leadership or mentoring experience with MSLs or field teams.
• Strong clinical data interpretation and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Field Medical Affairs team within assigned TA(s).
• Execute MSL strategy, engage with KOLs, investigators and HCPs.
• Provide training and development for MSLs; ensure scientific excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and competitive intelligence; report to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Commercial.
