Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biological Sciences or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in toxicology/biocompatibility in medical devices/pharma.
• Experience leading technical SMEs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven interaction with FDA/regulatory authorities and ISO 10993/13485 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead toxicology and biocompatibility evaluations for MedTech Surgery devices.
• Guide cross-functional teams to integrate toxicology insights into product development.
• Develop strategies aligning toxicology work with regulatory and business goals.
• Oversee in vitro/in vivo studies and data interpretation for safety.
• Communicate findings through reports, regulatory submissions, and presentations.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and represent the company in relevant forums.
