Job summary

HLX seeks an Associate Director/Senior Associate Director to craft credible clinical content for promotional medical education. You will collaborate with Medical & Scientific Affairs to maintain scientific integrity and clear messaging across programs.

The role requires an advanced life sciences degree and the ability to rapidly learn new scientific information, with emphasis on effective communication and project coordination in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (PhD, PharmD, or MD) required.
• 0–1 year of experience in medical education or pharmaceutical advertising preferred.
• Ability to quickly grasp scientific and clinical information.

Responsibilities

• Develop highly credible scientific content for promotional medical education programs.
• Collaborate with Medical & Scientific Affairs to ensure quality and message integrity.
• Participate in content development discussions and strategic planning.
• Articulate clinical and therapeutic information confidently.
• Coordinate with project management to ensure on-time delivery of work.
• Research literature to support new business opportunities.
