Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for Scotiabank GBM in the U.S. and advise on corporate lending, investment banking, project & infrastructure finance, and M&A advisory.
• Draft and negotiate syndicated loan facilities, commitment papers, and confidentiality agreements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to manage legal and regulatory risks.
