Kraft Heinz is seeking an Associate Director IT, ERP Finance Capabilities to lead SAP ERP Finance across S/4HANA, ECC6, and Central Finance. You will partner with Finance leaders, own roadmaps, and drive reliable, scalable, and compliant processes globally.
You will manage ERP Finance specialists, guide solution design, and ensure performance and governance during critical close cycles while expanding capabilities across FI, CO/PC, Tax, and Treasury.

You will lead Kraft Heinz's SAP ERP Finance technology landscape across SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC6, Central Finance (CFIN), tax engines, treasury platforms, and finance-supporting applications. You will be accountable for strategy, delivery, operational stability, and continuous improvement across Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling and Product Costing (CO/PC), Tax, and Treasury and Risk Management. You will manage ERP Finance specialists, partner closely with senior Finance and Controlling stakeholders, challenge and guides solution design, and own the roadmap that enables reliable, scalable, and compliant Finance processes globally.

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
