Job summary

CSL Behring in the United States seeks Associate Director, Clinical Trial Technology, IRT, to lead strategy and implementation of interactive response technology across programs. You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Clinical Supply Chain, Biostatistics and Data Management to ensure data integrity, efficient operations and a patient-friendly experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field.
• 10+ years in clinical trial technology within pharma/CRO/healthcare tech.
• Strong IRT expertise including study design and randomization.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and vendors.
• Knowledge of system validation regulations for IRT and related tech.
• Understanding of clinical supply management and product distribution.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for IRT design, randomization, and product management.
• Assess external IRT solutions and drive vendor oversight and governance.
• Develop training and communications frameworks for program-level IRT adoption.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data quality, and inspection readiness.
• Mentor junior staff and provide cross-functional guidance on IRT strategies.
