Job summary

Cooley LLP is looking for an Associate Director of Insights & Optimization to enhance their Marketing and Client Development team. This role involves defining measurement frameworks and leading the development of intuitive data tools for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in marketing with strong skills in audience segmentation, data storytelling, and team leadership. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and legal industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of applicable experience in marketing or business development.
• Experience in audience segmentation and advanced reporting.
• Hands-on data manipulation and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the firm's measurement framework with KPIs for growth.
• Lead the development of intuitive self-service data tools.
• Develop audience segmentation and lifecycle modeling strategies.
• Translate complex analytical findings into impactful narratives.
