Job summary

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Health System Medical Outcomes Science Liaison to serve as the primary medical liaison within IDNs and academic health systems in the United States.

You will engage formulary decision makers and clinical leaders, communicate clinical and economic value, and develop territory plans with the Health System Director, providing HEOR data to support formulary and pathway decisions while traveling up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences required; HEOR fellowship or related MS/MBA/MPH a plus.
• 5+ years Medical Affairs experience with health systems or IDNs preferred; VA/DoD a plus.
• Solid understanding of pharmacoeconomics and health outcomes research.
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare ecosystems and formulary decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Engage formulary decision makers and health-system leaders influencing formulary decisions.
• Conduct balanced, evidence-based scientific exchange to address data needs and value.
• In collaboration with the Health System Director, develop account-specific strategic plans.
• Provide HEOR and outcomes data to support formulary reviews and pathway development.
• Travel up to 75% and collaborate with MSL colleagues to align territory strategy.
