Job summary

argenx, a global immunology company, seeks an Associate Director of US HCP Marketing to shape disease‑state education and branded campaigns for VYVGART Hytrulo. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage agencies, and drive KPIs across personal and non‑personal channels in support of the autoimmune myositis launch and broader portfolio.

The role requires 8–10 years in pharma marketing, strong regulatory understanding, and US launch experience.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree (science or business) required; MBA is a plus.
• 8–10 years of marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in pharma/biotech.
• Experience managing external agency partners and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with an ownership mindset.
• Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions.
• Strong project management, communication, and organization skills.
• US launch readiness experience preferred; rheumatology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to disease state education and branded positioning across channels.
• Develop and lead media strategy for unbranded and branded engagement.
• Plan and execute HCP advisory boards and market research to inform messaging.
• Define and monitor KPIs to guide strategy and adjustments.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to develop campaigns.
• Represent argenx at industry conferences and engage with key opinion leaders.
• Co‑create with cross‑functional groups to navigate promotional Review processes.
