Job summary

MSD is seeking a QA professional for the Clinical Quality group within the Research & Development Division. You will conduct GCP audits across investigator sites, country offices, and third-party collaborators, and lead corrective actions to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Role requires strong collaboration with teams in China and other regions, risk-based auditing, and the ability to travel up to 75%. A BS/BA and at least 5 years in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in QA audits and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel 75%.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, conducts QA audits and generates audit reports.
• Communicate results to QA management and stakeholders and close observations.
• Collaborate with colleagues in China to understand regulatory requirements for GCP.
• Perform risk-based audits and analyze QA factors to identify risks.
• Support QALs in audit substrate planning in China.
• Travel to/within China; 2–3 week stays; travel 75% Asia Pacific.
