The Role:

Lead Moderna’s global facilities strategy and operations, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and cost‑efficiency. This role will drive global standardization, develop scalable facilities models, and improve engagement with senior leaders and stakeholders to align on strategic goals. The focus will be on KPIs, budget control, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration for continuous improvement.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing:

Global Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and implement a global stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring alignment between senior leadership, regional teams, and functional areas. Strategic Communication: Enhance strategic communication to influence senior leaders, drive alignment, and communicate the vision for operational excellence. Operational Excellence & Standardization: Establish and track global facilities management standards and KPIs, ensuring scalability, consistency, and process improvement. Budget Control: Oversee the global facilities budget, implementing cost optimization strategies and maintaining strict financial discipline. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Foster clear decision‑making and collaboration across departments to align facilities strategy with broader organizational goals. Scalable Service Model Development: Design and deploy a scalable facilities service model that meets global standards and regional needs. Continuous Improvement: Lead performance metric development and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

The salary range for this role is $142,500.00 - $256,500.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
