Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, GI to support the Pennsylvania Capitol territory in the United States. This field-based role prefers a candidate in a major metropolitan market with easy airport access.

The Immunology team leads transformational medicines, with emphasis on gastroenterology and related clinical education across US regions. The TLL will drive KOL engagement, speaker bureau management, and cross-functional collaboration to align

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 7 years of related industry experience.
People management and/or marketing management experience preferred.
Advanced presentation skills and business insight.
Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States, including overnight and weekend travel.
Residence within reasonable distance to a major airport.

Responsibilities

Support US Commercial strategic imperatives for the Immunology GI portfolio through KOL engagement and speaker bureau management.
Identify, contract, and train qualified promotional speakers and provide ongoing coaching.
Facilitate commercial advisory boards and recruitment for national/regional faculty opportunities.
Develop and execute compliant strategies with cross-functional teams to advance promotional programs.
