• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA required.
• At least seven years in accounting with two years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills; proactive and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close ensuring timely, accurate financial statements.
• Lead budgeting and financial reporting; coordinate annual budget process.
• Manage audit liaison and documentation; respond to inquiries.
• Maintain chart of accounts and supervise staff development.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 842 lease accounting and other standards.
