Genpact LLC is seeking an Associate Director - Finance Advisory to drive strategicfinance transformation initiatives in a hybrid, United States setting. You will develop optimization strategies, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and lead advisory teams delivering high-impact client solutions.

The ideal candidate will have CPA/CFA/CIMA or equivalent certifications, strong data analytics and storytelling capabilities, and a proven track record in financial consultative services.
