Jobgether is seeking an experienced remote leader to join the marketing leadership team as a player-coach for field marketing. You will oversee three regional field marketers and own pipeline performance, aligning annual field marketing plans with sales priorities and executing ABM initiatives.

In this role, you will build executive communities, manage multi-region budgets, and drive measurable pipeline growth across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in B2B marketing and 5+ years in SaaS field marketing.
• Experience with multi-region budgets, pipeline targets, and HubSpot.
• Experience in the US, EMEA, or APAC regions.
• Fully remote with co-working and home-office setup.
