Qualifications

• Ph.D. required or equivalent with 10+ years industry experience.
• Hands-on recombinant protein expression across multiple systems.
• Experience leading HT expression screening programs.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for high-throughput expression screening.
• Define strategic vision for the HT screening platform and roadmap.
• Design screening strategies for soluble and membrane proteins.
• Automate workflows to increase throughput and data quality.
• Partner with discovery and structural biology teams to align plans.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve screening success rates.
