Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of Epidemiology (Management) to lead observational research initiatives, synthesize epidemiological literature, and provide disease burden estimates. The role collaborates with regulatory teams to support pharmacovigilance and risk management and works across functions to drive evidence generation strategy.

What You’ll Do

Required Skills / Qualifications

• PhD or ScD in Epidemiology.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or contract research organization.
• Expertise in literature review and synthesis.
• Expertise in designing, conducting, and interpreting large database studies and cohort studies.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and use a team approach to decision-making.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)

• Base compensation range: $158,000–$242,000.
• Regular employees: short- and long-term incentives (cash bonus and equity).
