Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) is seeking an experienced Associate Director of End-to-End Testing to validate complex business processes and integrations across its blockchain and tokenization platform. The role demands hands-on quality engineering, strong Java development and API testing skills, and the ability to build automated test solutions for distributed systems.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage, apply AI-driven testing

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and quality engineering.
• Strong Java development and automation experience.
• Experience with API testing and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test scenarios across applications and blockchain platforms.
• Develop and maintain automated test solutions in Java focusing on API, backend, integration, and event-driven testing.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate test design, automation, data generation, and defect analysis.
• Validate blockchain functionality including tokenization, wallets, smart contracts, and reconciliation workflows.
• Collaborate with business, product, architecture, and development teams to ensure end-to-end coverage and release readiness.
