Tiger Analytics is seeking a Senior Data & Analytics Leader to drive end-to-end data and analytics programs for global clients. You will own problem definition, design solutions, and oversee production deployments while guiding a hybrid onshore/offshore team.

The role demands 13–15 years of experience, with 7+ years in Medical device/MedTech consulting. You will engage executives, shape analytics strategy, and translate complex problems into scalable AI/ML architectures and business insights.

Responsibilities

Program Leadership & Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data and analytics programs. Own the roadmap, from problem definition and solution design to production-grade deployment.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client VPs and Directors. Translate unstructured business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.

Global Team Management: Lead and mentor a hybrid team of onshore (US) and offshore (Global Delivery Center) data scientists and data engineers. Ensure seamless collaboration across time zones.

Solution Architecture: Work with technical leads to design of scalable AI/ML pipelines and data architectures. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards and leverage modern technology stack

Domain Expertise: Apply deep Medical device domain knowledge to validate model outputs and ensure they align with industry nuances

Commercial Impact: Present analytical findings and quantify the business value and drive the operationalization of AI into business processes.

• 13-15 years of total experience with 7+ years in Medical device/MedTech domain with consulting.

• Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client’s team to translate business problems to high level analytics solution approach
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the Medical Device/MedTech industry, including its unique commercial or operational landscape.
• Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
• Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with analytic tools like R & Python; & visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau is a plus
• Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop, HDFS, Hive is a plus
• Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams to help embed analytic outputs in business processes
• Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience
