University of Maryland, College Park is seeking an Associate Director of Development to cultivate and solicit individual donors for the Division of Student Affairs. This role reports to the Director of Development and will coordinate with campus colleagues to advance the university’s priorities.
The incumbent will manage a portfolio of major‑gift prospects, develop strategies, and represent DSA at events while providing portfolio reporting and staying current on programs and priorities.
Division of Student Affairs (DSA) at the University of Maryland seeks an Associate Director of Development to cultivate and solicit individual donors for DSA initiatives and priorities. Reporting to the Division’s Director of Development, the incumbent will apply knowledge of the University of Maryland and DSA’s programs, needs, and priorities to the development process, represent the Division to internal and external audiences, and work with members of the university community to advance its mission.
Travel up to 50% of the time. Occasional work on evenings and weekends may be required. Must be able to walk to departments on campus.
