Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex technology projects and programs with cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale initiatives in partnership with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, SDLC, release management, governance and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology initiatives, on schedule and within scope.
• Define scope, milestones, schedules, resources, dependencies, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, security and product management.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, dependencies, and change requests with timely resolution.
• Drive Agile delivery across multiple teams with sprint planning and release planning.
• Monitor progress via KPIs, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
• Facilitate technical discussions bridging business requirements with engineering solutions.
• Champion continuous improvement, delivery predictability, and governance adherence.
